After verification, the passenger's report was true. The passenger's request for DiDi to inform them of the processing results was reasonable, and the municipal transportation department supported it. In the next step, we will instruct the platform and cruise bus companies to immediately rectify passenger complaints and inform them of the handling results in a timely manner; second, the comprehensive transportation law enforcement department will seriously deal with the platforms, enterprises and drivers involved in accordance with the law and regulations; third, to further consolidate the responsibility of the platform and business owners, strengthen driver education management, and standardize operation, and implement “zero tolerance” for service attitudes and service quality issues. We will investigate and punish them together to continuously improve the quality of taxi service in the capital.
