The Civil Construction Central Committee proposed in the above proposal to implement a “escort” operation for new energy vehicles going overseas to help the global expansion of the industry. The first is to promote cooperation and mutual recognition of standards with the European Union, and at the same time strengthen China's NEV standard export. The second is to support the overseas intellectual property layout of enterprises. Establish and improve specific guidance measures and service mechanisms for dealing with overseas intellectual property disputes. The third is to clear logistics channels. Promote low-cost land transportation methods, build an international logistics transportation platform, and promote overseas warehouse layout. Fourth, it supports companies such as batteries, materials, overseas marketing, and after-sales operation and maintenance to “go overseas” with their vehicles and be deeply integrated into the global supply chain system.
