On the evening of January 27, the signing ceremony for the Guizhou Jiangshan-Wengfu New Materials and Electronic Chemicals Project was held at Guizhou Phosphating Chemical Group. Nantong Jiangshan Pesticide Chemical Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement with the Weng'an County People's Government and Wengfu (Group) Co., Ltd. to build a phosphorus chemical recycling integrated industry chain project. The project site is located in the Fine Chemical Industry Park of Weng'an County Economic Development Zone. It covers an area of about 6,000 acres, with 4,000 acres of land reserved for development. Wengfu Group and Jiangshan Co., Ltd. jointly invested about 22 billion yuan. The project was invested and constructed by 3 legal entities under a joint venture between the two parties, involving 9 sectors and more than 20 sub-projects. After completion of the project, the annual output value will exceed 40 billion yuan, and the annual profit tax will exceed 2 billion yuan. The comprehensive utilization project of phosphorus resources led by Jiangshan Co., Ltd. is mainly invested and built in Jiangshan, Guizhou. The total investment is about 3.6 billion yuan, covering an area of 800 mu. The project will be built in three phases. After completion, the project achieved annual revenue of 5.284 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 900 million yuan.
