According to the “Notice”, in order to promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market in Xinyang City, give full play to the role of housing provident fund service guarantee, and better meet the reasonable housing needs of depositary workers, after research, it was decided that when depositary workers purchased their first home in Xinyang City and applied for a housing provident fund loan, the minimum down payment ratio was reduced from 30% to 20%. When purchasing two housing units and applying for a housing provident fund loan, the minimum down payment ratio remained unchanged at 30%.
