The notice mentioned that when purchasing newly built commercial housing in Dongguan, you can withdraw the Housing Provident Fund to pay the down payment. The city's depositors and their spouses can make a one-time application to withdraw the balance of their provident fund account to pay the down payment for pre-sale newly built commercial housing purchased through a loan (personal housing commercial loan or housing provident fund personal housing loan) and reported to the Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Center. The total amount calculated does not exceed the down payment amount agreed in the housing purchase contract, and the withdrawn funds are transferred to the development enterprise's pre-sale fund supervision account.
