The Securities Regulatory Commission held a symposium of experts, scholars and investors. The conference believes that confidence in preventing and mitigating real estate risks should be strengthened. Recently, relevant departments have launched a series of measures in the areas of “urban village” transformation, “emergency dual-use”, and integrated construction of guaranteed housing. They have introduced substantial beneficial measures such as adjusting interest rates on existing housing loans, reducing the minimum down payment ratio, and “approving a house without applying a loan,” while at the same time making full use of the “city-specific policies” toolbox. With the implementation of these policies and measures, it is believed that it will promote a steady recovery in the real estate market.
