Opinions suggest that rural residents who voluntarily vacate their homesteads and enter the city to buy houses will be targeted for sale of limited-price commercial housing and given a one-time housing purchase subsidy; limited-price commercial housing can be built by relevant state-owned enterprises in various counties and cities in urban areas or central towns with strong radiation-driven capabilities. A one-time housing purchase subsidy is given to rural residents who have not vacated their homesteads and come into the city to buy houses. The sales price of limited-price commercial housing and the housing purchase subsidy standard shall be determined by the people's governments of each county and city in accordance with the actual situation.
