The China Automobile Association issued an article saying that in November, production and sales of passenger cars completed 2.151,000 units and 2,075,000 units respectively, down 7.8% and 7% from the previous year, respectively, and 3.9% and 5.6% from the previous year, respectively. In January-November, passenger car production and sales completed 21.702 million units and 21.292 million units respectively, up 14.7% and 11.5% from the previous year, respectively, and the cumulative growth rate slowed. Affected by the epidemic, both the wholesale side and the terminal market are under great pressure. The policy of halving the purchase tax this year to promote consumption played an obvious role in stabilizing the growth of the car market, but the epidemic in the second half of the year affected the implementation effect of the policy.
