British chip company ARM said that ARM's listing in London will be postponed until later in 2023 due to company management concerns about the global economic downturn and the collapse of technology stocks or scare off potential investors. Ian Thornton, head of investment relations at ARM, said, “We hope to have an IPO soon, but given the current global economic uncertainty and financial market conditions, it may not be possible to go public until the end of March 2023. However, preparations for the company's IPO have gone very smoothly, and have entered the advanced preparation stage. We can really promise to go public sometime in 2023.” =
