Research and development, demonstration, promotion of a number of low-carbon zero-carbon negative carbon technology and equipment products with remarkable emission reduction effects, and build a solid foundation for carbon peak in the industrial field. By 2025, the energy consumption per unit added value of industries above scale will be 13.5% lower than that of 2020, the decline in carbon dioxide emissions per unit of industrial value added will be greater than that of the whole society, and the intensity of carbon dioxide emissions from key industries will decline significantly.
