Recently, the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued a warning administrative penalty to Zhou Peiyuan Foundation, according to the website of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. After investigation, the proportion of public welfare expenditure of Zhou Peiyuan Foundation in 2020 is 2.57%, which violates the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 29 of the regulations on the Administration of the Foundation. In accordance with Article 42 (1) (4) of the regulations on the Administration of foundations, the Ministry of Civil Affairs issued an administrative penalty of warning to Zhou Peiyuan Foundation. At the same time, according to the relevant provisions of the measures for the Management of Credit Information of Social organizations, the Ministry of Civil Affairs has included it on the list of serious violations of laws and trustworthiness of social organizations since the date when the administrative penalty came into effect.
