The Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau issued a circular on soliciting opinions from the public on the regulations on the Administration of Shenzhen Housing Provident Fund loans (draft for soliciting opinions). The main contents of the revision include streamlining the definition of provident fund loans and adjusting the scope of joint applicants. It is proposed to make it clear in this revision that the spouse, parents and children of the applicant, regardless of whether they have deposited the housing provident fund or not, can be regarded as co-applicants; at the same time, it is also clear that the spouse, parents and children of the applicant who are property buyers shall be regarded as co-applicants.
