Mood year Holdings announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that they each entered into an agreement with Yue Min Investment alternative Private Equity Management (Zhuhai Hengqin) Co., Ltd. Among them, under the agreement between the parties to the alternative agreement between in the mood for Love and Yue Min Tou, Yue Min Tou will provide assistance to the Love year Group in a number of ways, including but not limited to (1) reviewing the financial situation of the pattern year Group, in order to formulate plans to enhance the asset value of the Group in the mood for Love and further protect the rights and interests of its stakeholders. (2) to promote the effective implementation of the comprehensive debt restructuring plan, including positioning itself or its designated person as a possible strategic investor in debt restructuring; (3) to make use of its expertise in debt restructuring, to promote communication with the creditors of the Group in the mood for Love; and (4) to assist the Group in developing plans for the possible sale of Group assets in the mood for Love, including strategic planning and transaction structure.
