The General Administration of Market Supervision received the anti-monopoly declaration of the operator concentration in the case of Chaowei Semiconductor's acquisition of shares in Cyrins. After examination, the General Administration of Market Supervision decided to attach restrictive conditions to approve this concentration of operators. The parties to the transaction and the entity after the concentration are required to perform the following obligations: when selling Chaowei CPU, Chaowei GPU and Sailings FPGA to the domestic market in China, they shall not be forced to tie-in in any way, or attach any other unreasonable transaction conditions; shall not hinder or restrict customers from purchasing or using the above products alone; and shall not discriminate against customers who buy the above products alone in terms of service level, price, software functions, etc. Ensure the flexibility and programmability of Cyrus FPGA, continue to develop and ensure the availability of the Cyrinx FPGA product line, and ensure that it is developed in a manner that is compatible with ARM-based processors and in line with Cyrus's pre-transaction plans.
