Ofei data announced that the company recently signed a notice of intention with Beijing Baidu, Inc. Netcom Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides reached an agreement on the company's Nansha data center project, in which the company will provide Baidu, Inc. with 2000 customized high-power data center cabinet service capabilities and related value-added services; by February 28, 2022, the company delivered 2000 chassis to Baidu, Inc.. The term of service is 6 years, subject to the relevant formal contract signed by both parties. According to the terms of the letter of intent, the total revenue of the project during the estimated cooperation period is expected to be about 1 billion yuan.
