Evergrande Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. issued a notice on the suspension of corporate bonds: Evergrande Real Estate currently suspended all existing corporate bonds for one trading day from the opening of the market on September 16, 2021, and resumed trading on September 17, 2021. The trading mode of the above-mentioned bonds has been adjusted since the date of resumption of trading. Among them: (1) the trading methods of "15 Evergrande 03", "19 Evergrande 01" and "19 Evergrande 02" will be adjusted to adopt only quotation, inquiry and agreement trading, and the Shanghai branch of China Securities Registration and Clearing Co., Ltd. will provide settlement on a case-by-case basis. (2) the trading methods of "20 Evergrande 01", "20 Evergrande 02", "20 Evergrande 03", "20 Evergrande 04", "20 Evergrande 05" and "21 Evergrande 01" will be adjusted to only adopt the agreed bulk trading method, and maintain the original net pricing method.
